Refund policy

Orders

Our fulfilment centre begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at hello@bwll.com.au with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. 

During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.

 

Returns

We accept returns for items that have been used no more than 50% and are returned within 14 days of delivery. For orders with multiple packs, only one pack may be opened and used up to 50%, while all additional packs must be fully intact and unused. 

Please note, return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

For items purchased during a "gift with purchase" promotion:
All items must be returned for a full refund. If you'd like to keep the gifted item, we will adjust the refund amount less the value of the gift.
