We process and ship orders Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12PM AEST will ship the same day. However, sometimes it can take longer, so please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.

On average standard shipping orders are delivered within 3 - 8 days after fulfilment and express shipping 1 - 4 business days.

Please note we are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times, incorrect addresses, or any 'safe drop' or 'leave in a safe place' options nominated by the customer with the carrier.

We are not responsible for parcels that are not collected from your local post office or delivery point. If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address, a $10.95 shipping fee will be forfeited and any re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
