SHIPPING

Where Will My Order Ship From?

For all Australian orders, your items will be shipped from within Australia.

If any items are out of stock locally, they may be shipped from our international warehouse (if available) to help expedite the delivery of your order.

For all orders outside of Australia, items will be shipped directly from our international warehouse.

All tracking details will be sent directly to your email once your order has been dispatched.

How Long Will My Order Take?

We process and ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders placed before 12PM AEST are shipped the same business day, however, please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

During busy periods or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your tracking number has been created, you will receive a notification via email. Please note that it may take a few hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been generated, depending on the carrier.

After fulfilment:

  • Standard shipping orders are typically delivered within 3–8 business days.
  • Express shipping orders are typically delivered within 1–4 business days.

If your item is shipped from our international warehouse, delivery can take approximately 7–10 business days to reach you.

What Happens If I Miss My Delivery Or Don’t Collect It?

Please note we are not responsible for incorrect addresses, or any 'safe drop' or 'leave in a safe place' options nominated by the customer with the carrier.
When shipping to an office building, we kindly remind customers that it is their responsibility to select a delivery option that ensures their order can be safely received as we are also not responsible for this.

We are not responsible for parcels that are not collected from your local post office or delivery point. If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address, a $10.95 shipping fee will be forfeited and any re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

How Much Is Shipping?

Standard shipping is $10.95 and express shipping is $15 on all orders unless stated.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We accept returns for items that have a used volume of no more than 50% and are returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note, return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense, and any original shipping fees will not be refunded.

How is my subscription created?

A subscription is automatically created when you check out using the Subscribe & Save pricing option. Once your order is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details of your subscription.

Will I receive payment reminders?

Yes. Payment reminder emails are sent a few days before your subscription renewal date so you’re aware of any upcoming charges.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account through the customer login portal.

Once logged in, navigate to your subscription or billing section and follow the prompts to cancel.

I’m having trouble cancelling through the portal. What should I do?

If you experience any issues cancelling your subscription through the login portal, please email us at hello@bwll.com.au, and our support team will assist you.

When will my cancellation take effect?

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated during the cancellation process.

Once your subscription is successfully cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email and will not be charged for future billing cycles.

Can I reactivate my subscription later?

Yes. You can reactivate or resubscribe at any time by logging back into your account or contacting our support team.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What Is Your Return Policy?

We accept returns for items that have been used no more than 50% and are returned within 14 days of delivery.
For orders with multiple packs, only one pack may be opened and used up to 50%, while all additional packs must be fully intact and unused.

Please note, return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense, and any original shipping fees will not be refunded.

For items purchased during a "gift with purchase" promotion:
All items must be returned for a full refund. If you'd like to keep the gifted item, we will adjust the refund amount less the value of the gift.

We are unable to cancel or make changes to orders once they’ve been placed, so please double-check your details before checking out.

Our fulfilment centre processes orders quickly, and we cannot accommodate edits or cancellations. We are also not responsible for any address errors or delays once your package leaves our facility.

If an address error has been made, you may be able to redirect the parcel through the AusPost app or website.
